KYOTA GINGER SESAME NOODLE SALAD

Napa lettuce, sugar snap peas, julienne carrots, green onions, sunomono cucumbers, rice stick noodles, sesame seed, and ginger dressing.

Entrée Choice:


BUTTER CHICKEN

Steamed basmati rice with toasted almonds, golden raisins, coconut, and cilantro, served with Moroccan-spiced roasted carrots.

OR

RED QUINOA STUFFED ROASTED TOMATO

Vine-ripened tomato stuffed with red quinoa served with sauteed spinach with garlic, carrot puree, sauteed mushrooms, barbequed lentils, and crispy carrots.
