Welcome to the basics of American Sign Language (ASL) course that is specifically designed for members of the LGBTQ+ community. This Voices Off online class is perfect for those who are new to ASL or have very little experience with the language. In this course, you will learn how to fingerspell the alphabet, ask questions, and sign basic words such as colors, numbers, and pronouns. You will also learn how to sign about relationships and become familiar with how gender is expressed in ASL. This course is more than just a online basic ASL class. This is a safe and affirming environment!
