Terms and Conditions for Event Submissions

Due to the number of requests we receive, please allow our team up to 14 days to review submissions and post them to the events calendar.

We do not allow events that include or promote:

• Political events or any event tied to an election or candidate
• Hate speech, discrimination, or any form of violence
• Explicit content or activities that are not aligned with our community values
• Commercial events that primarily serve as advertisements without a community focus
• Seattle Pride reserves the right to reject any event submissions at our discretion. Events must align with our mission and values to be considered for inclusion.
• We highly encourage organizers to make their events as accessible as possible so that everyone can participate and enjoy them!
