2025 Pride Youth Internship

Seattle Pride and Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center are teaming up again to host the 2025 Pride Youth Internship Program, a unique opportunity for LGBTQIA2S+ youth (ages 16–22) to step into leadership roles, gain hands-on experience, and shape Pride. 

This QTBIPOC-centered initiative focuses on creating an inclusive and engaging space for teens and young adults at Seattle Pride in the Park, happening on June 7, 2025.

Program Details:

  • Who Should Apply: LGBTQIA2S+ youth, ages 16–22 (if under 18, a signed parent/guardian form is required).
  • Internship Dates: March 13 – April 29, 2025, with event activation on June 7, 2025. (No sessions April 14–18).
  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, with additional flexible independent work (10 hours/week total).
  • Compensation: $23/hour, for a total stipend of $1,380.
